Registrar & Transfer Agent
An on-chain registrar and transfer agent. In the traditional industry, these are the people that move the money around, and keep track of who invested what, and when. In our solution, this is completely replaced by code. Investors can send capital from their wallets to the fund’s smart contract, in exchange for tokenized fund shares. You don’t have to pay intermediaries and human errors disappear.
Connected Custody
The platform connects to multiple external custody solutions to transfer and hold the assets. Important note: the money is moved via public blockchains and it is thus not controlled by Fume. Therefore Fume never touches the money. We do not require specific licenses or get regulated ourselves.
On-Chain Admin
Finally, the whole on-chain administration is executed automatically, with multiple processes running in parallel. For example, calculating the fees, and paying the manager and the investors are all done in a single execution.

Blockchains availability
We are currently live on Ethereum mainnet, Arbitrum One, and Base. We have the capability of supporting any EVM-based chain. Note that this only refers to the smart contracts that contain logic for the fund. The assets held by a fund using Fume can be held on any chain, in any centralized exchange, or even off-chain.
