Founding Team
Riccardo Conti, CEO. Technical and business background, with a degree in Computer Science and a master's in Management, Finance & Entrepreneurship from EPFL. With multiple entrepreneurial experiences, he previously founded Ufity, a move-to-earn startup, for the tokenization of physical activity. He raised capital, managed a dozen employees, launched the product, and reached 30k active users. More recently he launched Cryptoro, an Alternative Investment Fund focused exclusively on digital assets. He was part of the Swiss Army Special Forces (Grenadiers) and he is originally from Ticino, Switzerland.
Marc Bickel, CTO. EPFL engineer, with a master's degree in Computer Science, and a passion for blockchain and distributed ledger technologies. During his studies, he followed multiple entrepreneurship programs, such as the EPFL Changemakers and the Innosuisse Business Concept program, winning several prizes along the way. In the past, he worked as a web developer (10+ years of experience), and led a technical team at a software consulting company. Until recently, he was working at AWK Group (now Eraneos), as an IT consultant, specializing in business analysis and project management. He left his job to focus entirely on Fume. International basketball referee. Originally from Fribourg, Switzerland.
Raphael Maibach, Legal. Law degree from Bern University. Functioning as a Corporate Lawyer within a leading Swiss Fiduciary with a strong focus on blockchain since 2016. His in-depth comprehension of financial regulations ensures compliant business strategies for the project. He currently seats on the board of directors for multiple international companies. Co-founded Cryptoro (crypto hedge fund with the CEO). Originally from Ticino, Switzerland.
Pablo Pfister, Tech Advisory. EPFL engineer, with a master's degree in Computer Science. CEO of 5w155 SA (outsourcing/staffing for fintech, 25+ software engineers), and CTO of Utluna (multi-asset class portfolio monitoring software). Co-founded Cryptoro (crypto hedge fund with the CEO). Originally from Ticino, Switzerland.
